Marv Terlecki has worked in the building and construction industry throughout the Lower Mainland for over 40 years. In the 1980’s Marv started his career long journey in the building industry as a framing and finishing carpenter. His dedication to the construction industry and new home builds eventually led to a job on the supplying side of the business as a door and moulding salesman.
Marv continues to focus his passion and energy into building custom homes, renovations, and barns/shops. As a contractor, Marv has a vast knowledge of building requirements including septic fields, wells, subdividing strata lots, and working closely with the city to ensure all guidelines are adhered to. Marv is extremely detail-oriented and meticulous when it comes to the quality of his work; something that is further supported by the fact that he is a former certified home inspector. Marv continues to attend ongoing training and seminars to ensure he is up to date with his certifications and licenses.
As your contractor, Marv’s job is to organize the wide range of sub-trades and he works closely with designers, top craftsmen, and suppliers to build the best quality homes at the best possible price. Marv’s goal is to bring your dream home to completion, on time and within budget, while also staying competitive. Every detail is run by you with the assurance that Marv will see your visions through to reality. Marv’s attention to detail and desire to exceed his client’s expectations, along with his easy-going personality will ensure that your home building journey will be a fun and memorable experience.
Marv and his wife Lorri have been married for 36 years and have three beautiful daughters and six grandchildren. Together, Marv and Lorri have built 10 homes in the Fraser Valley and enjoy living on their acreage with their horses and dogs.
